- Supply and replace furnace filter every 90 (±) days
(1‘‘ pleated filter, MERV 11)
- Supply and replace humidifier element once annually
- Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors every 90 (±) days
- Remove, clean and re-install bath fan grilles once annually
- Remove, tag and store (on premises) interior window screens;
clean and re-install in Spring
- Shut off and drain waterlines to exterior taps; turn on in the Spring
- Remove, clean and reinstall return air grilles throughout home once annually
- Flush hot water tank once annually
Essential Package* from $720.00 + GST

Replace exterior door weather-stripping (recommended every 2 – 3 years)
Replace smoke and carbon monoxide detectors (recommended every 10/5 years)
Refrigerator water filter replacement (recommended annually)
Duct cleaning (recommended every 3-5 years)
